I had been doing yoga but I had to stop until I could get my shoulder healed (it separated)...so I'm just starting up again, but slow. I'm just lifting weights right now to build up the muscles in my neck, back, shoulders, arms, etc to help with the shoulder thing, and also neck and back stuff.
